Multi-provider mailboxes
Google, Microsoft 365 and any SMTP/IMAP host, side by side in one campaign. Each mailbox keeps its own sender name, signature and daily limit.
Connect every mailbox you send from, load your list, and let sequences, rotation and send windows do the rest. Replies come back to one inbox, already sorted.

Sorted the moment they land
No implementation project, no sales call in between.
Gmail and Outlook connect over OAuth; anything else connects over SMTP and IMAP. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and sending is spread across every connected account.
Import a CSV with whatever columns you already have. Addresses are checked for syntax, domain and MX records before they cost you a bounce, and duplicates are collapsed on the way in.
Chain follow-up steps with your own delays, personalise with merge fields, and A/B two versions of any step against each other.
Every response lands in one inbox, sorted into interested, referral, out-of-office, auto-reply and unsubscribe — so you read the ones that matter first.
One system for sending, replying, reporting and the housekeeping in between.
Google, Microsoft 365 and any SMTP/IMAP host, side by side in one campaign. Each mailbox keeps its own sender name, signature and daily limit.
Sending rotates across your connected accounts. A new mailbox can start at a low daily ceiling and climb by a set increment each day rather than opening at full volume.
Multi-step follow-ups with per-step delays. Any step can carry two variants so you can test a subject line or an opener on real traffic.
CSV import with custom fields, tags, saved segments, and status tracking from unconfirmed through replied, bounced or unsubscribed. Filter and act on selections in bulk.
Reusable templates with categories, tags and favourites, plus a live preview that renders exactly what the recipient will see at real email width.
Replies from every connected account in one thread list, classified by intent, with starring, archiving, bulk actions and keyboard shortcuts.
Per-lead, per-template and per-step reporting on sends, opens, clicks, replies and bounces, with repeat opens de-duplicated so one recipient isn't counted twice.
Hold sending to working hours in the recipient's timezone, cap each mailbox's daily volume, and let the queue schedule around both automatically.
Separate workspaces with four roles — owner, admin, member, viewer — plus email invitations, in-app notifications and an audit log of who changed what.
Deliverability, compliance and recovery are not add-ons here.
Every campaign carries an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs and hard bounces are recorded against the workspace and suppressed from every future send automatically.
Leads, templates, campaigns, conversations and mailboxes go to a recycle bin first. Restore one or many for thirty days; after that they are purged for good.
The send queue is backed by Redis. If the server restarts mid-campaign, in-flight jobs are recovered and reserved mailboxes released — rather than sending twice or stalling.
OAuth tokens and SMTP passwords are encrypted at rest. Workspace scoping is enforced in the query layer, so one workspace's data cannot be read from another.
